Why always cakes and muffins and cookies when you can have wonderfull bread? Somehow I never dared to make some bread, but it's really not hard at all.
Last month, the first bread I we tried was with bacon (of course), onions and cheese.
It was delicious... so for hour next try two weeks later we got more adventurious and made three differnt breads. Another one with bacon and onion, one sweeter bread with honey and dried figs and one with different kind of nuts.
Here my personal favourite with dried figs.
Can't wait to make new ones. They are so delicious =)

Rainbow postcards! Mermaid and Unicorn
....of course with glitter ;)
I made these in august as a little present. The saturation is a bit of on the pictures. In reality they looked much more colorfull.
With colors added.
I added a layer of some clear acrylic laquer. It seals the colors, makes it more shiney and sturdy aaans waterproof.
Thanks for looking!

Halloween pumpkins
This was the first time I did some actual pumpking carving for halloween since it is no tradition were I live. It was harder work than I had imagined but we also didn't have a proper cutter at hand. So I blame that ;)
Enough talk....here they are!
My favourite is the one on the right. I love his YARRRRR~ expression ^^

Muffins with bacon and onions
I love muffins since there is no end to their variety and they are so easy to make. I encourage everyone who says he can't bake to try them at least once. If I can make them everyone can ;)
Great for something to eat at work are these muffins with bacon and onions. You can't always have sweet.
Here are ones I made in September. This was my first try.
Ready for the oven!
And done!
I made them again a month later, in october, to try out a new muffin mold in the shape of a flower.
Hmmmm....bacon =D

Shortbread
It's been ages since my last post. I'm barely online anymore and have even less time for crafting. Especially the later makes me sad sometimes, because I really feel that I need some place for crafting and creativity in my life.
My job isn't the worst in the world (by far) but it is so unfullfilling and leaves me often in a sour mood which is quite exhausting.
Anyways! Time for something more fun!
I may have next to no time for crafting, but I wasn't that lazy and ventured into the world of baking and cooking and other housewifey things. Better late than never, right ;)
First I want to present you something very British to enjoy when it's tea time: Short bread.
The recipee is very simple: 125 gr soft butter, 40 gr sugar, 25 gr powdered sugar, 225 gr flour and a hint of salt. There are other variants though.
Short bread is very dry and simply tastes of butter and flour but it tastes great with some tea. This one I made in August and it didn't last a day ;)
Have a great tea time =D
