Spider Bookthong

Made for the Harry Potter craftalong at craftster.org ! It was supposed to be a quick simple project, but I totaly messed it up. Somehow I failed to figure out how to crochet a spider web. At first I wanted to do a necklace, but it ended up as a simple bookthong because I just couldn't figure the pattern out.

Hmm....I'm not so happy how it turned out, but at least I've done something :P

Ooops, been so long since my last post. In January my reaction to the horrible news was to just NOT think and craft as much as possible. Now my reaction is not being friggin' able to do ANYTHING! It's so frustrating :( It was my birthday recently and got many nice presents that I want to show off! From Mim-Chan I got this cute rabbit plushie! It's so soft and cuddly *-* And a needle book in the shape of an envelope. I soooo needed a needlebook of some form because my needles are like everywhere but never where I need them. Plus a super cute bookthong, a hand drawn card and a neko charm. Thank you again so much :)

I joined a My little Pony/Toy collectors forum not too long ago and everyone is so nice. These are the presents I got from Trixi-

Isn't all of this awesome?! It's so awesome, yet I feel kinda...bad, because I don't think I deserve so much kindness. I want to give everyone a proper 'Thank you', but my lack of motivation is crippling my abilitiy to craft ;__;

Mini-Mini Amigurumi bunny

 I made it for a small private swap. This bunny is nothing new as I already made a few of them, but this time I made him a small bunny tail :p Somehow I never did this with the bunnies I made before.

Mini origami cranes

These are the smallest I can do. I made them as part of a fun little swap :) The biggest mistake oyu can make  is using paper that is too thick. With thicker paper the last step will become impossible hard to do!

Thanks for looking! I know I'm incredibly lazy (not only) crafting wise, but 2012 just isn't my year :/

Little Shrine with Skull

With all those amazing shrines and altered tins popping up everywhere I gave it a try, too. They are great for getting rid of scrap paper and other small pieces.

I actually wanted to do spring shrine...but somehow it turned out comepletly opposite of what I wanted at first. So it isn't the best, but not too shabby for a first try and I really like the color :)




I really want to do some more!

The Goonies ATC - Chunk

I love this movie and Chunk is so cute :)


Done with pencils and coverd with clear acrylic laquer. It's a great way to seal the colors and make it more durable. Depending on how many layers you use it gives the picture a nice shine.

Mini-mini Amigurumi dog

I wanted to try out this pattern for a long time and...wow this was quite a lot of work.


I don't know...I never get the snouts right when seing them on.
